Incharge and Managing Training & Development and Quality Assurance in the Hotel
Performance Management
Training & Development
Reporting directly to the General Manager and the Area Training Manager :
•Identifying & Analyzing needs and preparing the half-yearly/monthly Training & Development plan of the hotel and prioritizing.
•Implementation of T&D Plan & coordinate functions and activities with executive managers, department heads and department trainers.
•Reviewing the progress of the hotel’s training plan and make recommendations where necessary.
•Conducts and evaluate one to one and Group Training (Off the Job)
•Deliver Trainings to the Department Heads
* Delivering Trainings One to one and Group
•Assisting all the operational departments in identifying and implementing their Departmental Training plans.
•Administrating and maintaining employees, supervisory and management records of training.
•Monthly reporting to the Area Training Manager on the Training & Development Activities
•Ensures maximum utilization of the departmental trainers and assist them in achieving their training objectives, and review them on monthly basis.
•Preparation of the Department Heads’ and Employees Personal Development Plan.
•Identifying People of Potential and Developing them
•Assisting in the preparation of the General Manager’s Career Development Plan.
•Monitoring and Auditing the Department Training Standards.
•Formulating and identifying Key Personal Objectives for the hotel management team and the supervisory level staff.
•Mentoring & Coaching
