Manage IKLMD(In Kingdom Logistics Materials Devision) single 3PL contract responsible for all company materials movement within the kingdom. That includes: * Contract KPI's * OTD *Payments based on Activity Tiers. *Contractor performance evaluation *contract extension *contract renewal.
• Administrate division contracts and agreements and insure vendor’s compliance. • Address operation challenges generated by changing logistics movement patterns or brought about by changes in functions, relationships, and government or transportation requirement. * Plan and coordinate with Transportation Dep. & 3PLs/vendors the movement of oversized shipments. • Analyze policies, procedures and practices of the company activities including ASC& AOC logistics offices in terms of potential conflict or adverse effect on proposed plans. • Evaluate operating reports and statistics as a mean of establishing evidence of unsound practices and challenges • Design and guide the installation of reporting procedures to render in appropriate form, data of specific and special interest either for control purposes or in support of assigned studies. • Initiates follow and coordinate the corrective action taken in response to the annual audit reports. • Conduct on regular basis studies necessary to maintain, or design to improve the efficient and economical flow of Aramco material logistics. • Analyze and implement new system solutions that would facilitate company’s material logistics in conformance with changing traffic patterns or accommodate commercial transportation requirements. • Maintain data concerning non-Aramco traffic movement patters which affect the port facilities and evaluating the effects on Aramco material logistics • Conduct transportation mode comparative service costs and drafting recommendations that would eventually contribute to proponent level of service satisfaction. * Coordinate and facilitate PDP’s assignment and developments.
