I am currently in charge of Yard Fabrication of Pre- assembled Pipe racks and Pre- assembled Manifolds.
I am responsible of the work progress and timely completion and delivery of the Trains to ZADCO Upper Zakum Oil Field. The project goals are accomplished so far with the highest HSE and Quality Standards

3.Saipem Vessels for BS 171 Project (Kuwait) Main Contractor: Saipem. Owner: KOC
Scope of work: Pressure Vessels (CS and CLAD) Fabrication, NDE & Painting.
MAJOR Responsibilities:
1. I Prepared, the Workshop Fabrication execution plans for Clients review and approval.
2. I Initiated corrective action to meet project completion schedule.
3. Represented the Company and enhanced relationships in dealing with clients, consultants and Third party inspection agencies.
4. I Ensured timely invoicing to the Clients in accordance with contract conditions.
5. Managed resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame. Reviewed all contract documents and administered all issues related to the awarded project in conjunction with the Sr. Workshop Manager.
