•Preparing required documents for VISA STAMPING approval India & Pakistan & submitting documents to H.R. Director for approval to process chamber of commerce attestation follow up & complete task.
•Preparing required documents for Degree attestation and submitting documents to H.R. Director approval and processing for Chamber of Commerce & Mofa attestation upon receipt of candidate signature.
•Upon receipt of HR DIRECTOR approval to process Wakala for chamber of commerce Electronic follow up & complete task.
•Arranging Legal Demand Letter & Legal POA for Emigration clearance as and when required. India & Pakistan submitting documents to H.R. Director for approval.
•Processing all H.R. Department required legal documents for Chamber of Commerce & Ministry of foreign affairs documents attestation follow up and task complete.
•Providing joining Flight Air tickets to the candidates for H.R. Director approved categories follow up & complete tasks.
•Preparing payment request for all Indian, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Nepal, Indonesia all international agency billing invoice as per Hiring terms & Reporting to H.R. Director
•Preparing single status SRACO EMPLOYMENT contract for all new arrivals in India & Pakistan for some cases other Non-Arab Nationality & submitting documents to H.R. Director for approval to process Employment contract.(MAINTENANCE DIVISION, CONSTRUCTION DIVISION, SRACO HEAD OFFICE)
•Preparing for Family status SRACO EMPLOYMENT contract submitting to H.R. Director or PRESIDENT or VICE PRESIDENT for approval to process SRACO employment family status contract. (MAINTENANCE DIVISION, CONSTRUCTION DIVISION, SRACO HEAD OFFICE)
•Preparing Transfer Advise in coordination with H.R. Director. (MAINTENANCE DIVISION, CONSTRUCTION DIVISION, SRACO HEAD OFFICE)
•Arranging & completing all necessary documents before arrival of candidates.
•Maintain and Update SRACO manpower control list of all new & old projects and submitting reports to H.R. Director as and when required.

•Issuing new file number for SRG group. (K.S.A.& BAHRAIN)
•Requesting through ORACLE for HR Director and H.R. Departments required Day to day task material, files & paper etc. follow up & complete task.
•All email correspondence & follow up related to H.R.in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh. Philippines and Indonesia.
•Assigned responsibility for overall manpower planning, recruitment for K.S.A. & BAHRAIN.
•Negotiated and conducted salary structures for potential candidates as per their Trade, position grade, skills & experience.
•Follow up and monitor to ensure that manpower and recruitment goals are achieved.
•Head-hunting by utilization of social network sites such as Bayt, LinkedIn, career portals and other similar tools to reduce recruitment costs and build databases for talent roles.
•Submitting manpower reports to HR Director, Maintenance projects Director and construction Division projects Director, and president.
•Developing and implementing HR and administration policies and procedures
•Posting jobs on Bayt.com, NaukriGulf.com

•Coordinate with recruitment agencies globally to ensure visa stamping and arrival of the employees within stipulated time
•Mobilization of employee’s to the project site as per the requirement of project

•Arranging visa status report monthly basis.
•Arranging and maintain and controlling Manpower requirement KSA & Bahrain
