• Develop the talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Explore and manage all recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Manpower Agencies, Referrals, TikTok Website), ensuring a healthy pipeline of candidates across different vacancies.
• Update and create job descriptions for existing and new positions, ensuring they are aligned with department needs and market.
• Work closely with the onboarding team to make sure new joiners experience a smooth transition into the organization (local & international hires).
• Complete Talent Mapping across TikTok’s competitors and tier 1 media agencies and consultancies. Identify Top Talents “SuperStars” in the market to headhunt.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly reports on recruitment progress & bottle-necks to HQ in Beijing and department leaders.
• Keep track of recruitment KPIs and make sure they are optimized. Focus on enhancing “time tohire” despite COVID situation and airports closure. Fully meeting hiring target (104 new joiners).
• Perform Market Analysis on TikTok’s competitors to ensure benefits remain competitive, and TikTok remains anEmployer of Choice.
• Prepare and deliver “Interviewer Training” across the GBS team members to enhance candidates’ interview experience, and highlight the Dos and Don’ts.
• Work closely with the Administration department to plan and execute engagement activities (e.g. Trivia Nights), food and giveaways delivery, to ensure a remarkable employee experience.
• Roll-out Performance Management Reviews (360 reviews), and guiding employees on SMART objective setting, self-evaluation and Line Manager evaluation.
• Coordinate with the Talent Development team on required trainings post training need analysis, as well as adhoc training based on Line Manager and Department Heads’ recommendation.
• Act as an advisory and first point of contact for employees regarding all HR related queries.

Recruitment & Selection
• Review, develop and implement recruitment processes to connect people to improve business
excellence.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the Company to ensure talent sourcing in line with
the Company’s approved manpower plans and ensure Recruitment targets are met.
• Coordinate and negotiate with third party consultancies and recruitment agencies to ensure
long term business partnership.
• Review and develop job descriptions in close coordination with line managers.
• Ensure employee pre-joining and on-boarding formalities for all new recruits are managed in a

• Guide the provision of efficient services and support to all new recruits in aspects of employee

related requirements. Act as advisory on visa formalities and labour law compliance.
• Support the external/internal auditors in the processes of auditing by providing the required
information and data related to recruitment process and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Support the HC Manager in developing a ‘UAE National’ Talent Development plan to identify
potential sources of recruitment and implement initiatives to drive continual assessment and
development of UAE talent
Employee Engagement
• Provide inputs to the development of Employee Relations & HC Services in line with the
Company
vision, mission and objectives.
• Plan and execute HR related initiatives that will add value to the business and increase
employee
engagement. (e.g Annual gathering, sports events, employee communication calendar, annual
HR
magazine etc.)
• Deliver Employee Engagement Survey action plan initiatives.
HR Advisory
• Have thorough knowledge about key HR functionalities, covering recruitment, performance
management & engagement, learning & development, compensation & benefits, UAE labor law,
legal administration and employee relations.
• Advise managers on HR procedures to ensure consistent application of processes such as
discipline and grievance resolution

Successfully managed and deployed the Intern and Graduate Program, including marketing campaigns, recruitment psychometric assessments, selection, on-boarding, learning and development, coaching, assignment management and placement at the end of the program.
Managing relationship with universities across the Middle East and Asia, including talent attraction initiatives through campus events/career fairs/ websites and other social media.
Managing the learning curriculum for the Intern and Graduate program, working with internal subject matter experts and sourcing appropriate internal/external trainers.
Monitoring the development and progression of all graduates post the transition into the business, and identifying career blockers.
Working with The Academy Leadership team to align our graduate programmes across the globe and bringing in consistency.
Leading the competency matrix benchmarking process in alignment with HODs and establishing clear

and working with the business to monitor that the appropriate experience is being provided.
* Supporting the Personal Development Plans process throughout the organization.
* Liaising with the Talent Management Team to build the capability of line managers on developing and
managing the Graduate talent pool.
Completed 6 months of training in Sharjah offices on Mechanical equipment (rotary, static, HVAC), and
enhanced soft skills such as time management, leadership skills and communication skills.
* Transferred to El-Merk site, Algeria (Project value 4 billion dollars)
