Roles and Responsibilities
* Web Developer
* Gather, analyze and evaluate the business requirement and decide the IT solution required to fulfill this requirement
* Designed, develop and test web application as per business requirement
* Support and maintain existing web applications
* Close vulnerabilities associated using OWASP Top 10 checklist
* High skills in ASP.NET, C#, Javascript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and Bootstrap
* Look for opportunities to improve the automation processes
* Change Coordinator
* Evaluate and analyze requested changes impact on IT landscape
* Approves change plans and coordinate the required documents with CAB (Change Advisory Board) members
* Conduct weekly meeting to review and evaluate changes with CAB members
* Design and implement the change processes as per policies and procedures
* ITSM Administrator
* Design and implement service management process as per Policies, Procedures or Recommendations
* Incident Management
* Problem Management
* Service Request Management
* Support users issues
* Scope includes (IT, HR, General Services, and Material Gate Pass)
* Manage and Support Applications and its Contracts
* Making sure all applications are licensed with active support
* Support small user issues
* Manage communication between business and IT
* Look for opportunities to enhance and improve existing process
* Manage servers health, service availability and access to these applications
