● Solutions/Applications Team Lead: My team in charge of the below core functions:
o Educational Systems: Implementation, Integration, support, and training
o Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Visualization
o Reporting and Data Analysis
o Web Technology: Managing of QF schools’ websites - CMS, WordPress Drupal, Sitecore.
o Educational Technology: Office 365, G Suite and Chrome Management.
In addition to having an active technical role in all the team core functions, I’m in charge of managing the team members as well as the project resources, communicating issues to team leads and potential risks to stakeholders.
I currently act as a solution Architect of projects, participating in projects planning, risk analysis affecting timeline, resource management, gathering requirements, providing solutions, technical evaluations, and recommendations in addition to development, integration, configuration, and maintenance. I have also worked as Project manager is most of the team projects.
I’m the function owner of the Business Intelligence and Data Visualization function; I’m in charge of designing visual dashboards for many of the organization units. I have successfully implemented a Data warehouse project collecting data from API Connectors, Oracle, SQL and other data platforms.
and support school staff on all school systems, e-learning websites and other administrative/educational applications such as ERP, SMS, LMS, Blogs, Interactive Screens, Counseling/Nurse system.
•Database conversion and migration from and/to different data types/platforms.
•Designing school reports using Crystal Reports.
•Systems Administrator: Education Systems including SIS (PowerSchool, ManageBac), Library systems(Destiny), Admission systems, and other applications.
•Work with QF IT, QF business unit and suppliers to execute activities related to applications development, implementation & maintenance.

My job consisted of implementing Student Management Solutions for schools in the Middle and Far East. I have had the chance to work on projects in multiple geographies in multicultural environments (Bahrain, Jordan, Qatar, Lebanon, UAE and China).
