Currently Working with Adnoc for automation of the Adnoc fuelling stations
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Responsible for Fuel Automation System
• Installation and trouble-shooting at site level
• Responsible for testing and updating software
• Co-ordination between client and support team
• Responsible for acquiring/purchasing company equipment and tools
• Organizing timely site visit schedules for support team for Maintenance
• Testing of new products and giving feedback regarding the same to Head Office
• Preparing manuals and arranging training sessions for new clients
• Preparing manuals and arranging training session for existing clients after every system upgrade or after installation of new product
Work as a support staff for on-site/ PC support of all kinds for the customers 24X7
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the whole Fuel Automation System
• Responsible for installation of all kinds of hardware and software at site
• Responsible for commissioning of sites
• Responsible for maintaining the site such that minimal problems are faced during usage
• Maintaining Customer Relations
