A Cisco certified Senior Network Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Network configuration and troubleshooting including hands-on experience in providing network support, installation and analysis for a broad range of LAN/WAN/MAN communication systems. Detailed understanding of different layer 2 protocols like VLANs, VTP, STP, RPVST, Port Security, and Ether Channels (LACP and PAGP). Experienced in Data-Center, MPLS, VPN, Leased Line, ISDN/Dial-Up, Frame Relay circuits, Metro Ethernet.

• Responsibilities of configuring the Outlook in the Servers and clients.
• Responsibilities of Handling the Hardware problems with the Servers and Desktop.
• Experience in installation and upgrading OS different hardware and Software on Desktop and Servers.
• Troubleshooting network, Hardware and Software related issues
• Handle the tasks of creating, documenting, publishing, and communicating policies and processes that impact the life cycle of the PC.
• Perform installation, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of desktop PC/Server, software and related peripherals.
• Develop as well as implement application test plans, including both integration and full system test plan.
• Review and provide input to team members and managers on issues related to patching, integration, application delivery, and on-line documentation.
• Create build specifications to ensure proper direction during testing, and implementation of the life-cycle of PC.
• Handle the tasks of managing and maintaining system and platform configuration tools.
• Enforce policy and configuration standards across the desktop environment.
• Responsible for creating and supporting desktop configuration management scripts.
• Perform responsibilities of providing application packaging and distributing it across desktop environment.
• Handle responsibilities of designing, programming, installing and supporting system utilities of desktops.
• Mentor junior staff on the processes and procedures of maintaining the configuration for workstations across the environment.
