Scope includes setting Employee Housing Projects Strategy targets delivering housing units compatible with SABIC standards and aligned with Royal Commission development plan for Jubail and Yanbu and the same ensure optimum expense of the company cash.
Also Managing different teams to administrate Housing Maintenance Contracts to ensure contract delivery as per scope and pre-set KPIs
Scope includes covering the following services: Transportation, Telecommunications, Catering, Facility Management
Responsibilities include: creating contracting strategy that helps to optimize cost, absorb inflation and increase the efficiency.
In addition to manage teams indifferent SABIC Affiliates to manage these contracts and ensure contracts delivery as per agreed scope and KPIs
Scope includes projects management and civil and structural maintenance activities
The section manages more than 60 projects within 2011 and 2012 with a total budget exceeding 250 Million Saudi Riyal.
The section handles great volume of maintenance activities (1, 000 requests per year) which includes engineering analysis and corrective actions.
Scope includes civil engineering maintenance, Buildings modification and renovation, minor buildings maintenance such as carpentry, low voltage electrical and telecom services...etc
Handle minor projects such as modification and renovation projects
An average of more than 2, 000 requests had been treated annually by the section.
Scope includes concrete repair, roads maintenance and cathodic protection maintenance.
Conducted several studies to identify root cause of failures, recommend repair methodology and implement the recommendations.
Scope includes management and field supervision of ongoing project
Site Engineer in Sanaeyah II 380/230 kv Substation (240 Million SR) in Dammam. The project includes building of substation and 13 km of overhead high voltage transmission line
Project Engineer in Jwatha 380/115 kv Substation (385 Million SR) in Al-Ahsa. The project includes substation and 20 km of overhead high voltage transmission line
