Job Responsibilities:
a. Organize and make Safety presentation for colleagues, new inductees, graduate trainees, external auditors and clients.
b. Conduct and take attenders of staff for group companies weekly, monthly and quarterly year safety/fire drills.
c. Ensure headcount for staff during emergency occurrences.
d. Monitor from time to time all safety/fire equipment and various signs are properly in order for rules, direction, emergency and non- emergency occurrence.
e. Report all near misses, accidents and make the necessary recommendations to advert future
re occurrence.
f. Follow-up with my line manager, to ensure all recommendations are been implemented.
Job Responsibilities:
• Track all daily Transactions/ TROs from Operations department.
• Reconciliation of Transactions/ TROs and Revenue with Invoicing unit for accuracy in both volume and revenue generated.
• Prepare weekly Statistics unit activity report for all line reporting managers.
• Prepare monthly forecast report
• Prepare weekly Cargo throughput report for marketing and operation Department
• Registration / De-registration Clients operating with the Oil and Gas Freezone with both electronic and hardcopy records obtained from GM’s office.
• Liaise with Government Agencies for Revenue generated by Nigeria Customs Service
(NCS), — Nigeria Port Authority (NPA) and Onne Oil & Gas Free Zone Authority (OGFZA).
• Organize all filing and achieving system for statistics unit, ensure is been maintain in accordance with the ISO standard been set by DMS Management.
• Train and organize new inductees, graduate trainees and colleague’s statistics job procedures.
• Prepare Transaction and Cargo Statistics Report based on following data collated and Processed.
Job Responsibilities:
* Computer Maintenance, Software Installations, Local Area Network
* Configuration, and Setting up new users account (email, printers, shared folders & internet etc)
* Trouble shooting network problems and resolving them: e.g. cabling, wireless and wired
* Registering trouble tickets and Job orders.
* Responsible for DTI Café ASYCUA++ Capturing operations
* Management, Co-ordination and Maintenance of all computer systems and equipment in
DMS-DTI Café Department.
* Prepare all DTI unit activity report for the Operation manager.
Bs.c honors Computer Science, Second Class lower Division
i studied @ Abia State Polytechnic Aba Nigeria, where graduated with OND in Computer Science from 2006-2008.
