1. Survey Camp (Jun’11)
Undergone Training after 4th semester during Survey Camp organized by NIT, Kurukshetra at Rajpur, Dehradun. Worked with Total Station and Automatic Level and prepared the topographic map of the Hilly Area.
2. Research Project (Jun’12-Jul’12)
Worked as a Summer Intern at IISc. Bangalore on "Evaluation of Psycho-physical Traits of Drivers and Applicability of ITS Based Traffic Law Enforcement for improving Road Safety and Mobility in India", Sponsored by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), under the guidance of Dr. Ashish Verma.
• A thorough Literature Survey Driver Education around the world, Effect of Driver Training, Impact of MDLA.
• Prepared Modules for Driver Education in India.
• Proposed new ideas of Driver Training using Driving Simulators.
• Field Visits- B-TRAC, Automated Driving Test Track, RTO’s.
VARIOUS ACHIEVEMENTS IN NATIONAL SYMPOSIUMS Technical Activities: • Won second prize in NIRMAAN-A designing competition in Altius’11, National Technical festival of National Institute of technology, Kurukshetra. • Won second prize in ARCHITECT-A Architecture competition in Altius’11, National Technical festival of National Institute of technology, Kurukshetra. • Won first prize in MINDBEND-civil technical quiz in Literati’11, national Technical festival of National Institute of technology, Kurukshetra. • Won first prize in DALAL STREET-Stock market game in Literati’11, National Technical festival of National Institute of technology, Kurukshetra. • Won second prize in ELECTROVISTA-An E-Bomb Presentation in Pangea’10, National Technical festival of National Institute of technology, Kurukshetra. • Won first prize in TECHEMPORE-CIVIL in Literati’12, National Technical festival of National Institute of technology, Kurukshetra.
