• Provides direct support to patients in the ED, assisting with ambulation if necessary.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• The role includes maintaining cleanliness in patient areas, documenting care activities and offering emotional support to patients and their families.
• Safely transporting patients to and from diagnostic test or other departments as needed.

• Help clients with daily hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care.
• Aide patients in moving around safely, including using mobility aids and assisting with positioning or transferring between bed, wheelchair, or bathroom.
• Observe and document any changes in the clients physical or mental condition, and report concerns to nurse and other HCAs promptly.
• Ensure clients take prescribed medications on schedule (as per care plan), without administering drugs unless certified or authorized.
• Help with household tasks such as meal preparation, feeding, laundry, driving a PWD van to medical appointments and other errands, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Aircraft Rating: Airbus A320 / A320 NEO / A321NEO
• Report to Flight deck crew and senior cabin crew.
• Ensure the safety and security of crew members and passenger in the course of the flight.
• Provide comfort and customer service to passengers.
• Promote and sell onboard merchandise and food products to passengers.
• Ensure vigilance and security awareness that can compromise safety of everyone during the flight.
• Comply with the required trainings, drills and assessment to ensure up to date knowledge and skills needed.

• Greet customer and guests personally and on telephone
• Offer appropriate seating arrangements
• Present menus and take orders
• Assisting the banquet manager in coordinating banquet events
• Preparing, cooking and serving food orders (malay and western cuisines)

• Responsible for promotion/information dissemination of new trends of pediatric
nutritional products to health care professionals and achieving sales targets, this
was done by constant warehouse visits, monitoring and establishing business and
social relationship to health care professionals, staffs, patients and different sales
channels such as pharmacists, purchasers and other business related individuals.
