v Planning and controlling electrical/electronic work activities and materials/
spares requirements to ensure a timely flow of scheduled work.
v Scheduling equipment and personnel, confirming spares / materials supplied
and demands, and preparing work orders in the SAP System Module for
purchase requests within Electrical & Electronic Section.
v Liaising with other Senior Managers on quality assurance and reliability of all
electrical and electronic components and materials.
v Planning and coordinating floating crafts electrical / electronic repairs and
service techniques; sequencing and prioritizing electrical maintenance activities
to solve both complex and highly risky electrical engineering problems.
v Managing the Electrical / Electronic Section personnel by ensuring timely
reporting, work allocation, clean and safe working environment at all times.
v Evaluating Electrical / Electronic Section personnel performances and make
appropriate recommendations for their further training and development,
promotions or disciplinary action, whichever may be applicable.
v Actively participating in the development of the electrical quality management
system for continuous improvement of the departmental working procedures.
