• Overall management and coordination of engineering activities, the issue of shop drawings and documents for construction purposes and technical support to site construction Team
• Coordinating the Architectural services with Structural, MEP disciplines through facilitating and leading coordination and workshop meetings.
• Liaison and coordination with Project Manager / Project Director
• Liaison with Commercial, Planning Teams in evaluation of claims, scope of works, shop drawings, material and procurement logs submittal dates progress and follow up Contract program of work for the project.
• Liaison and coordination with QA / QC Teams for proper execution of work as per the Engineering approvals
• Leading a team of Architects, Structure engineers, Material Engineer, Draftsmen, Document Control Team and managing the production of Architectural shop drawings as well as construction issue documentation, ensuring they are in conformity with the design and Client/Consultant's requirements, while providing Technical / Engineering support to the execution staff
• Monitoring all architectural and engineering activities, emphasizing on-time and on-budget activities and monitoring compliance with design guidelines and contract terms.
• Weekly progress meetings with PMC and Consultant
• Monitoring and managing the mock-ups
• Correspondence with Stakeholders
