Accountable for the delivery of Sales, distribution and visibility objectives of, Dabur, Fogg, Wipro Cavinkare, KLF and BIC in all the Channel in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain& Western Region.
Ensure Profitability of the business through effective negotiation and A&P Controls to ensure better return on investments.
Lead, motivate and guide the frontline sales team through on field coaching and mentoring.
Effective execution of channel and customer plans and agreements
Conduct Business Reviews with the designated accounts on a periodic basis.
Ensure effective monthly sales forecasting, stock management and execution of the stock management priorities.
Responsible to ensure timely payment collections from the trade, reconciliations Partner recoveries.
Ensure market working on a regular basis including market intelligence, competitor tracking, conducting reviews and develop good commercial
Responsible for the sales, distribution, and visibility objectives of Dettol brand for Carrefour Abu Dhabi .
Effective customer management and category management in order to ensure excellence in the implementation of business priorities.

Ensure prompt listing of new products in line with POP Objectives
Monitor and coordinate the day to day merchandising priorities and provide on field coaching and mentoring to achieve business objectives.
Responsible for the sales, distribution and visibility objectives of Heinz, Emirates Macaroni, Scotch-Brite, Crown Dates products to all the Hyper and Supermarkets in Al Ain.
