• Execution of Project - Preparation of project execution plan and ensuring execution of all works in accordance with the approved design / drawing, engineering specification, applicable code & standards.
• Make sure the toolbox meeting daily with workers and foremen before starting the works.
• Taking the material approvals from the Consultant and client.
• Make and arrange the required manpower details and manpower arrangement according to the site requirement.
• Arrange the meeting with foreman and supervisors by once in a week for preparing the work status report and site issues.
• Estimated material requirements and costs, and presented design to client for approval.
• Finishing the projects with time bond.
• Conferred with client to determine factors affecting interior environments, such as budget, and architectural preferences, etc.
• Advised client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
• Subcontracted fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture, and related items.
• Making the as built drawing with the coordination of Draughts man.
• Preparation of interim and final payment certificate for sub-contractors
• Customer Co-ordination - Site meet / visit to access customer requirements at enquiry state and correspondence during execution of the projects.

Responsibilities:

 Taking site measurements and suitable quotation from sub contactor if required.

 Arrange the meeting with client or consultant as weekly bases.
 Preparation of Minutes of Meeting.
 Co ordination with Factory manger for the production and delivery of material on time.
 Taking the material approvals from the Consultant or client
