Last 14 years I have been working with a development firm primarily focused in various city beautification projects around Dubai. To name a few we have designed and currently implementing including landscaping for Palm Islands, Jabeel Park, Golf Course, Garden City etc. Our major customers include Govt Departments, Emaar Properties, Nakheel Properties and others. My primary work includes handling all documentation related to Banks, Chamber of Commerce and Consulates in connection to import and export. Work Summary

➢ Establishing and communicating with our supplier based in USA, France, Italy and UK in importing machineries and raw materials.
➢ Handling Letters of Credit (LC) both import and export, verifying and calling for amendments where required including finalizing orders and shipment / delivery.
➢ Preparation of Tender & Performance bond Guarantee letters.
➢ Pay roll - WPS
➢ Online operating of MIRSAL II - for Import clearing
➢ Online Operating of CHAMBER OF COMMERCE for export invoice preparing
➢ Follow-up on all Cheque & deposit, including arranging demand draft, Telex Transfer.
➢ Audit, prepare & Arrange WPS Payroll wages for 950 employees including management and field staff.
➢ Coordinate with HR with regards to having all personnel files updated all the time, and all Iqamas, work permits, passports, driving license, vehicle registration, and all other legal; documents are renewed in due course.

I Joined Private Trading Est, as Accounts General assisting the chief accountant on all day to day work activities. After 4 years I was promoted as Purchase Officer. Primarily they are the Middleeast Distributors for Heidelberg Printing Machineries (Germany) . As this was my first entry into the printing line I had the opportunity and exposure both in technical and logistics. My main focus was to streamline procurement, enforce quality measures and stock control. Work Summary

➢ Streamline procurement due to large accessory requirements. We had nearly 70 suppliers based in USA, Europe and ASIA from whom we import on average ½ m per month.
➢ Analyze and provide management with Price/Comparison chart forecast based on jobs in hand.
➢ Negotiate the price & payment terms, Finalize orders and manage Letters of Credit (LC) process both import and export.
➢ Follow-up the shipment delivery/schedule and arranging clearance of shipment both by sea/air.
➢ Quality control was emphasised by sample analysis and penalty enforcement including legal action were needed.
➢ Audit and inventory stock position on quarterly basis. Update stocks based on hand orders or seasonal updates.
➢ Customer Service.
