- Lead the hospital wide licensing/regulatory compliance
- Led the Hospital to Pass the JCI Accreditation under new 5th Edition Standards
- Working closely with the medical, nursing and administrative leadership on the development of department based quality improvement initiatives (increase effectivenes, reduce cost)
- Liaising with medical leadership & HR to align the medical credentialing, previlging and performance management proceseess with joint comission standards.
- Lead facilitator to implement the joint commission standards and sustain the the performance
- Hopsital wide lead facilitator of patient safety work group
- Work closely with department heads to monitor and analyze the KPIs
