• Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
• Estimates, prepares and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipments, tools etc. required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the PM for approval prior to execution at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards prior to execution of each job.
• Plans the execution of all mechanical related works and co-ordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.
• Submits all daily reports, Inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis.
• Preparation of Material Take Off for all services including plumbing, water supply, chill water piping & ducting.
• Inspection of Materials in site after delivery from the supplier.
• Co-ordination with Engineering team for the on- site changes with approved drawings.
• Co-ordination & Analysis of Architectural drawing with MEP drawings for the smooth flow of work & suggesting on-site demands if any required.
• Teaming up with precast production and arranging the required drawings for the production.
• Attends regular meeting with client, civil engineers & consultant to provide update on project progress
• Leading site personnel for execution completion of job on time at site.
• Create & Execute project work plans.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current & stored appropriately
• Timely dispatch of materials at site.
• Arranging technicians at site & work monitoring & supervising.
• Co-ordination with in-house engineering team for the execution of project.
• Assists ware-house in checking the completeness of the received materials, identification of any damaged, short received materials etc.
• Attend technical meetings with design team & client and weekly progress meetings with the client.
• Supervision of erection at site including Piping, Units and Equipment.
• Coordination of Site Revisions with design department and client
COMPLETED B TECH MECHANICAL ENGINEERING WITH 60% AGGREGATE MARKS. COMPLETED AUTO CAD COURSE WITH A GRADE AFTER MY GRADUATION.
