Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review and Checks all Architectural Shop drawings, Specifications, Method of Statements, MAR and to ensure its compliance with Design Requirements, Contract Requirements and properly Coordinating with other Disciplines.
• Carry out all Site inspection (ITR) as per intervention points marked in the relevant ITP, latest approved Shop drawing, MAR and Method Statements.
• Review and Approved Materials Verification Request (MVR) ensuring compliance with the Adnoc-Contract requirements, MAR, MSDS and pre-approved samples.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work in compliance with the Adnoc-Contract requirements,
• Quality Checked, Witnessed and Verify with Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the Contract requirements good construction practice, compliance with shop drawings, and reporting to immediate supervisor.
• Examine Architectural Drawings in relation to other Design Discipline (MEP and Structural).
• Advise PMC Quality & HSE Engineers as well as CM and CS & Issue NCRs / SORs for incorrect practices.
• Attends Technical meeting with Contractors & weekly progress meeting if required by Const. Manager.
• Witness all kinds of Testing as prescribed by Adnoc-Contract requirements. (DFT, Cube Crushing, Concrete slump test, temp. moisture test, DFT Dry Film Thickness. ).
• Closely monitor the Project site activities in respect of Quality, Safety and Progress and coordinating to Construction Supervisor of findings, area of concerns and corrective action.
• Quality Checks and monitor that any non-conformity has been reported through a non-conformance report (NCR). All NCRs shall be coordinated with the PMT Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Safety, Checks concern prior to commencement of work in order to ensure that materials and equipment are in safe working order in accordance with project and site regulation.
• Controlling the QA/QC of Contractor to ensure all materials are approved as per MAR / MVR and approved Shop Drawing and all the quality of work are followed the Method of Statements.
• Quality Check the works of contractor and ensure that works are good quality / smooth execution of works / properly compliance as per approved Shop Drawing and Method of Statements.
• Coordinating to Construction Supervisor (CS) for any issues related for the project quality of works, safety, progress and cost objectives are properly controlled as per Client Requirements.
• Coordinating to Construction Supervisor for any deviation the quality of works, delay the works, delay the materials and lock of manpower are all reported & informed to the contractor to take a corrective action as soon as possible.
• Reviewing / Monitor the weekly and monthly works progress reports as presented by Contractors based on the Action Plan.
• Review the relevant As-Built drawings as submitted by Contractor and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.
Duties and Responsibilities :

• Monitoring the Quality Control of incoming Ceiling & Flooring Frames and all the raw materials.
• Quality Checking and Reporting for Sandblasting, Primer & Final Coat Paint Thickness Test of Frames.
• Quality Check the Sandblasting, Primer/Final Coat Paint DFT Test of Ceiling & Flooring Frames.
• Quality Assurance with supplier the TAC- Technical Acceptance Condition of all Materials
• Quality Control in Production Line, Packing, Bundling & Final product and Loading
• Quality Control/ Assurance of Packing, Bundling, Assembling & Loading.
• Quality check all Incoming Materials and Outgoing/Loading Quality Packing Checklist
• Quality Check the execution in Table Line (Ceiling & Flooring Frames Assembly)
• Quality Check the Panel Cutting, Fixing of Door & Window in Panel and Flashing in bending machine.
• Quality Checked the Final Finishes Assembly of Assembling and Erection of container
• Monitor safety program and assure safety in all construction activities.
•Establish quality control standards and supervise their implementations.
•Inspect all Structural works in compliance with Architectural Drawing and Specification
•Develops and maintains quality standards that apply to block works, plastering, tiles laying, painting works, marble fixing, waterproofing and all building finishing works.
•Making certain of Quality Control of works in accordance contract requirement
•Notify contractors and material suppliers far enough in advance to assure material delivered and contractors arrive on schedule.
•Responsible for daily/weekly reports, all Laboratory Test Result reports and other measurements abstraction.
•Responsible for all casting cubes filling record of 7/28 days sending for Lab. Test
•Responsible and supervise taking out the sample materials of Road Works and prepared sending all road materials for Lab. Test and Test Result Report.
•Monitor safety program and assure safety in all construction activities.
Civil Engineering
- Coordinate with architect, service consultants and difference contractors for smooth execution of
work, Arranges materials as well as manpower and planning of site activities.
- Monitor and prepared monthly works progress reports
- Responsible for overall execution of structure and finishing works including execution of job as
per shop drawing, inspection formwork and steel reinforcement.
- Inspect all structural works in compliance with architectural drawing and Specifications.
- Supervise concreting for difference structural elements.
- Review civil / structural shop drawing to ensure its compliance with design requirements and
ensure that it’s been properly coordinated with other discipline‐submit as constructions schedule,
proven with all time risk and under work pressure.
- Preparing the payment, variation and time extension.
- Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management
project issues. Coordinate the activities of the design and construction teams.
- Ensure effective engineering and Client communications.
- Function as chief inspector on engineering projects.
- Checks and approves staffs over time application, absences exemption, requests and other
concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.
Quality assurance / control:
- Inspect the materials samples at site to incorporate with the commented approvals.
- Ensure that materials on site are always available for use to avoid delays.
- Responsible for weekly production report and other measurement abstraction
- Monitor safety program and assure safety in all construction activities.
- Establish quantity control standards and supervise their implementations.
