To manage the installation of computer hardware in an efficient and timely manner to satisfy the ECC customers.

Notify ECTD for any discrepancies and inform PMG immediately in writing if the equipment cannot be installed Prepare machine as ECC standard

Deliver and install workstation to the requested location
Initiate the necessary network patching connections inside the room
 Load / install non-standard software

Full & comprehensive test of workstation and any attached peripheral, i.e. printer / scanner etc.
 Obtain end-user signature
 Cannot close any work order without user’s signatures
 Return equipment and send to the participation building for replacement
 In case, discrepancies on the list, I must verified with the user representative and inform PMG staff
 Relocate the equipment and make required network connection inside the room
 Check the attached hardware and update them in Peregrine accordingly
 Equipment for return must have valid Peregrine request
 Coordinate with ECTD stock group
 Coordinate with security (Gate Pass)
 Write Peregrine request number within the description field for gate pass preparing
 Write ARAMCO custody tag # and Serial #
 Validation of equipment against Peregrine
 End user satisfactory is our target

