• Segregate incoming correspondences and identify if Enquiry, Purchase Orders, Project Correspondences, Legal documents etc.
• Forward received correspondences to concerned personnel timely.
• Prepare Official Letters and Document Transmittals to be sent to other company’s and ensure delivery of the document.
• Archive documents accordingly and ensure that documents can be easily retrieved once required.
• Preserve confidentiality of documents
• Purchase Office materials and other related items to ensure adequate supply of materials are available.
• Assist in Preparation of Tenders, submittals, presentations, and other required/requested documents.
• Respond to emails, answer to telephone calls and addressed related matters to concerned personnel.
• Perform other duties as requested by the HR manager and Project Manager (e.g. Procurement)
• Assists physicians with complex and therapeutic procedures.
• Provides a wide range of quality professional nursing care functions using the Nursing Process with emphasis on direct patient care, accuracy, patient safety, comfort; privacy, dignity and culture.
• Assists with medical procedures and reports changes in the patient's condition and progress related to plan of care.
• Establishes realistic and measurable goals that are culturally sensitive, and identifies nursing interventions to achieve the goals. Plans and organizes patient care activities on a daily basis.
• Transcribes physician's orders and reviews nursing and medical orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Prepares, administers, and documents the administration of oral, parental and topical medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Intervenes appropriately in clinical emergency situations, initiates emergency resuscitative measures and assists with codes.
• Assists physicians with complex and therapeutic procedures.
