Periodic Duties/Responsibilities
•Develop and realize new business relationships.
•Proactively co-ordinate the client’s relationship internally by means of cooperating with other business units.
Holding weekly meetings and setting sales targets for individual reps and the whole team.
•Organizing and operating incentive schemes to keep sales people motivated.
•Involved in the recruitment and training process off new staff.
•Allocating territories for sales staff.
•Maximizing sales opportunities.
•Compiling and analyzing sales and performance reports for senior managers and executives.
•Involved in the development of marketing strategies for the Bank.
•Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
•Spending time in the field liaising with major customers on technical points of contact.
•Going out and doing site surveys.
Responsible for managing matters relating to unit assigned to me, Responsibilities were as follow.
•Developing and implementing the marketing plans identifying the key sectors target market and the strategy for getting the required market share
•Mobilizing the resources from capital surplus units of the economy through innovative product engineering.
