• Procure to Pay and Order to Cash, Business Process Standardization.
• Procure to Pay IT Dashboard creation using SAP SBEE tool.
• On-Premise, Cloud, Education, Consulting order management process
measurement, standardization and documentation.
• Analyze business potential, execute strategies to drive sales, augmented turnover
and achieve desired targets.
• Drive business growth through identification and penetration of new market segments for attainment of targets with a view to optimize revenue.

• Escalation management to ensure speedy resolution of queries and grievances to
maximize client satisfaction levels.
• Coordinating with customers, engineering and service team for seamless delivery of product and solutions.
• Create monthly revenue and profit reports / dashboards using SAP BI
• Key customers - Siemens, ZF, FLSmidth, BHEL, Alstom, L&T, Elgi Equipments
• Gathering technical and business requirements from customers to develop suitable solution.
• Working with Marketing and Sales professionals to develop and implement effective marketing plans and strategize product positioning.
• Carrying out application analysis of various automotive drivelines, axle center, wheel ends, transmissions and PTU applications.
• Bid / Project Management; planning, coordinating, conducting review meetings.
• Supplier Component Technical Reviews; suggest/recommend the improvements with
respect to component.
• SWOT & PEST Analysis to identify the potential suppliers.
• Key customers - Daimler, ZF, Magna, Chrysler, GM, Alison, AAM, Peugeot, DANA, TATA Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ashok Leyland
• Responsible for sales and marketing and account reconciliation.
• Day to day sales activities, forecasting and scheduling, customer calls.
• Responsible to prepare offers and bids for new projects and business enquiries..
• Gathering technical and business requirements from customers to develop suitable
solution.
• Working with Marketing and Sales professionals to develop and implement effective
