• Ensured to be able to successfully bring down the MTTR (Mean time to resolve) for all categories of incidents.
• Coordinated with developers and discussed technical problems, reported bugs
And supported development team.
• Prepared consolidated Defect Status Report.
• Review and test the fixes.
• Sending testing status report to the client.
• Prepare project sign-off document for final handover.
• Attending conference calls with the business owners and development team.
• Participate in the escalation process, involving senior delivery team both within WNS and at the customer side.
