Creative Venture is a boutique production and distribution company that engages in coproducing/distributing successful drama series from the MENA region as well as scripted and non-scripted TV shows.

Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO in marketing/selling series and TV shows to regional TV Channels and other audio/video platforms.
• Work with CEO to create and follow a strict content development and marketing plan for all clients.
• Do initial review of all proposals and contracts to confirm if it is in the business’s interest, highlighting any items for the CEO’s immediate attention before submission.
• Negotiate broadcast and commercial contractual terms with clients.
• Prepare marketing information/material and create creative presentations of the audio-visual content to clients/broadcasters.
• Participate in the formulation and delivery of marketing proposals and strategies.
• Responsible for the content delivery cycle from conception to completion.
• Keep prompt and consistent follow-up with clients and suppliers including but not limited to contracts signature, invoices
settlement, marketing material and episodes’ delivery.
• Maintain and grow a comprehensive data base of clients, suppliers and audio-visual content.
• Act as production coordinator for TV shows produced by Creative Venture; monitor and manage production schedules for timely delivery.
• Ensure that all projects are kept within allocated budgets.
• Collaborate with production managers to meet the needs of cast and crew.
• Manage talent/crew logistics including flight, hotel, visa, transportation and per diem.
• Liaise with government entities to facilitate administration processes such as office rental/insurance, trade license and parking cards renewal.
• Communicate with government entities regarding employee related matters such as residency, work permits and visas as per organization’s requirements.
• Make all travel/accommodation arrangements and complete registration processes for important events such as MIPCOM, DISCOP..etc.
