• Receiving from the Iraqi supermarkets the required products.
• Research among the Egyptian companies and factories for the required products and communicate with them.
• Then make a comparison to find the best product provider.
• Send your recommendation to the Iraqi supermarkets and facilitate the connection between the Iraq and the Egyptian parties.
• build and upgrade our database regarding the Suppliers and shipping companies
• Responsible for recruiting and job ads, and processing the resumes.
• Conducting initial interviews, to narrow the number of potential candidates.
• Preparing the job offer for the accepted candidate, and send it.
• Responsible for informing the new employee with the required employment documents and gathering them to complete the employee's file.
• Provide orientation for new employees and explaining company policies.
• Maintain employee records and data (the vacation balance, sick leaves, bonus and penalties, promotions....etc)update hr databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves….etc.
• Updating the HR policies and procedures.
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
• Tracking the national holidays and inform the employees about them.
• Tracking employees birthday and special events and arrange the proper celebration.
• Investigate the complaints submitted by employees or about employees.
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
arranging the business agreements between the local companies and the foreign companies
make sure that all parties execute their duties as agreed
receiving all the details concerning the shipments and the shipping documents and make sure to send it to the concerning company
plan the work system and assigned the tasks to every individual
