Responsible for communicating with authors, editors, and reviewers and responding to inquiries through cross responding e-mails and sending reminders to authors, reviewers, and editors following the editorial workflow.
Handling any inquires regarding their home appliances (fridges, ovens, vacuums, ecc…) like the specifications of any appliances.
Applying trouble shooting steps over the phone.
Raising Service orders in case the trouble shooting didn’t work.
Calling customers to get there feedback for the service that Samsung provided.
Create lesson plans and Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills to the entire class and individually to students or in small groups.
Track student progress and present the information to parents.
Create tests, create and reinforce classroom rules, work with school administration, and preparing students for standardized tests.
