 Directed the implementation of Day of Doing Good 2020 event in Alexandria in liaison with Ministry of Education to renovate a public Secondary School for girls, provide Covid19 awareness sessions for school staff & equip the school theatre.
 Planning outline, directing and managing the implementation processes of the first edition of “Amreyah’s Concrete Sculptors Awards”; a competition aiming to support arts students and graduates while focusing on the aesthetics of cement/concrete.
 Manage volunteering programs related to employee engagement through communicating with different teams to create momentum, conducting surveys and running activities. (e.g. Food bags distribution in underprivileged areas in Alexandria & Beheira governorates by Amreyah’s staff)
 Created “Young Women in Cement” Training Bootcamp for 26 undergraduate female students in Alexandria University in collaboration with Bibliotheca Alexandria. Training included career advice sessions and mentorship.
 Organized “Know the Company” & “Career Advice” Webinars for 200+ undergraduate students across Egypt in liaison with Alexandria University, Egypt Japan University, AAST & AMIDEAST Higher Education Initiative (HEI).
 Supervised the implementation of Innovation Factory & Internal Changemaking Programs, in partnership with Ashoka Arab World targeting 30 children (13-17 years old) to train them on Social Entrepreneurship.
 Lobbied the company’s pledge towards UN Women’s WEPs to further advance the status of women employees. (2022)
 Orchestrated the recognition of Amreyah Cement in Big5 Construct Egypt Conference by securing the “Inclusion & Diversity Award” for Amreyah’s efforts in Women Empowerment, through the application process, following up with the Awards committee and answering all queries related to the nomination, and positioned the achievements of Amreyah’s Management Team during the 2022 version of BIG5 Construct Egypt, leading to Amreyah Cement being awarded in the “Leadership Team of the Year” category.
 Took the initiative to place Amreyah on different social media channels, by creating pages from scratch, developing content strategies and liaising with different departments to come up with interactive content.

* Led CSR Committee towards idea generation, implementation and follow-up on
sustainability projects and quarterly plans.

* Acted as the focal point between Egypt BU and InterCement Institute in Brazil to ensure
adherence to corporate sustainability objectives

* Initiated a long-term partnership between Amreyah BU and international organizations, such
as USAID, AMIDEAST, Ashoka and Bibliotheca Alexandria. Such partnerships have led to
fruitful projects later on at Amreyah BU.
