- Resolving any issue related to the Suppliers by Contacting different Stakeholder and Supplier within Minimum level of supervisions .
- Recording all the Invoices in AP Module taking into Consideration the Recording Of VAT .
- Ensure Abidance to the Authority Matrix & Invoice 3 way Matching, Company Policy and Procedures are Implemented while Processing the Payment .
- Strongly Involved in Monthly Closing by Reconcile Inter-Branch Account and Prepayment Account.
- Analyses Vendor Account, Reconcile statement, Maintains and Update Vendors Info.
- Work to develop New WorkFlow System .
- Controlling Petty Cash reImbursements
- Ensure that accurate and timely accounting record are maintained .
- Controlling GL Account ( Accruals, Inter Company, Rents, Utilities ) .
- Release the Government payment .
- Bank Reconciliation .
- Meet the suppliers to sit new Procedures if needed
