Supervised all maintenance works, such as Kitchen equipment (Gas and electric Ovens, Fryers, burners and others),
Refrigeration/HVAC (Cold room, Chiller units, FHU, AHU and controls).
Preparing plans for electrical and plumbing work in all six(6) Restaurant outlets.
•Handling and supervised difficult task and projects.
•Hands on in trouble shoots and repairs of kitchen equipment.
•Responsible in specifying troubled parts and arrange an orders from supplier or buying them.
•Give assistant and advise to the technicians if they could not complete the trouble shoot or maintenance works.

Maintained and troubleshoot malfunctioned electrical system, Maintenance of HVAC Units. Responded to associates complained regarding electrical matters and quickly resolved the issues. Also with kitchen and laundry equipment issues, and plumbing system.
•Played a key role in implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance program.
•Worked as a part of a team in numerous development programs and maintained the team work in our department.
•Managed to resolve the issues in our automatic control systems mostly in sump pump or drainage system by implementing corrective and preventive maintenance by re wiring the whole system.
•Played a key role in launching a new preventive maintenance program in housing equipment such as energy conservation, air condition servicing, and water system cleaning.
•Maintained the lighting systems in rooms, corridors, and street lights.
•Insuring the implementations of preventive maintenance as scheduled.

Attend to guest complains make sure the job or complain is done before living the area. Doing preventive maintenance
as scheduled. Monitoring every electrical equipment insuring that all are in good condition, reading of electrical and
water meter monthly. Run test the generator weekly, monitoring and cleaning of generator parts, also battery check
up insuring that generator is in good condition when power cut off occurs.
