I am currently a driver at Isuzu Motors Saudi Arabia located in Dammam. My duty is to pick up and drop off Japanese personnel to company and back to his hotel. I am also responsible for daily errands of the company for emergency, buying of tools necessary for the production and driving newly assembled trucks to the motor pool. I also do daily checking before and after each trip to ensure safety.

• Emailing Vehicle Request (Budget for cleaning materials, monthly maintenance)

As a teammate/customer service representative, it is my job to assist customers via email, chat and outbound calls with the following concerns:
• General inquiry regarding reservations, hotels, and promotions
• Assist guests and hotel partners in an accommodating manner
• Assist with cancellations and modifications of bookings
• Help guests with finding a hotel
• Ensure that the guest will be able to have a room to stay for the night
• Provide compensation if necessary
• Account recovery for guests who lost access to their accounts
• Update hotel profiles
• Attend complaints and feedback
