1. Apply the day-to-day operations assigned for the Accounting function to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
2. Verify the accuracy of accounting documents or records
3. Update and maintains accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
4. prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements . Prepare consolidate financial statements & ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year end close.
5. Compile data and prepares a variety of reports
6. Reconcile records with internal or external business partners.
7. Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
8. Investigate questionable data
9. Review the work completed by the accounting clerks
10. Assist in the analysis of revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
11. Assist in preparation of monthly management report and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives, including "Budget vs. Actual” variance reports.
12-. Manage Coordinating with Collection from groomers. Accounting/ Reconciliation for SADAD transactions.
13. Account Receivable & Account Payable.
