✓ Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality
requirements.
✓ Maintain and enhance the quality of finished product manufactured in the company.
✓ Handled customer queries and complaints to meet their expectations and developed effective CAPA.
✓ Create and update all the master inspection characteristics (MIC's) and to handle other
trouble shootings of QM module.
✓ Maintain product consistency throughout product cycle, to include the design, define and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing, to deliver defect-free products continuously.
✓ Manage the generation, review and approval of QA documents.
✓ Provide response to internal, customer and regulatory audit agency.
✓ Implements and established quality & safety related training needs.
✓ Part of SAP implementation team in Unilever Pakistan Ltd and currently Key User of SAP-QM module.
✓ Participation as Trainer of SAP QM Module organized by Unilever Pakistan Ltd
✓ Create and maintain the master data of QM Module.
✓ Responsible to conduct on site development trials and its reporting to top management
