 Monitoring, Assisting & Maintenance:
 Disbursed Records System.
 Recovery Records System.
 Bank Account Records.
 Entries in MIS (Management information system) & FIS (financial information system).
 Monitoring the bank accounts, reconcile the bank statements & act as bank liaison person for UPAP.
 Monitoring the process of collecting recoveries from the AM/BM, depositing it with the bank. Direct subordinates if they need to go in the field for pursuing the borrowers for recovery.
 Supervisory role in process of generating reports from MIS & FIS.
 Testing the controls over petty cash, arrangements of stationary & over provisions of different supplies to the UPAP field offices.
 Monitor UPAP district office (Multan).
 Produce different financial reports showing progress and financial sustainability of UPAP.

 Monitor the bank accounts, reconcile the bank statements and act as bank liaison person for UPAP.
 Collect recoveries from the FSO/FAMO/OM/AM/BM, Deposit it with the bank. If need go to the field for pursuing the borrowers for recovery.
 Make entries in MIS (Management information system) & FIS (financial information system).
 Generate reports from MIS & FIS.
 Handle petty cash and arrange stationary and different supplies to the field offices.
 Maintain UPAP district office (Multan).
 Produce different financial reports showing progress and financial sustainability of UPAP.

 Preparation of Payroll.
 Disbursement of Salary to All Staff.
 Maintaining of Employee Ledger.
