• Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
• Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution
• Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
• Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
• Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
• Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities’ regulations.
• Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.
• Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
• Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.
• Establish and monitor program and project controls KPI's.
• Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and RFIs submitted by the Contractor.
• Review method statements & ITP submitted by contractor.
• Material and work inspection with the contractor.
• Give instructions to the Inspectors regarding daily work activities.
• Coordination with architectural and structural departments.
• Raise SOR & NCR in case of any non-compliance.
• Coordinate with the subconsultants and the design team.

• Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site as per approved drawings, project specifications, methods and safety rules.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all electrical activities and operations. Coordinate also with all other disciplines - mechanical, civil/structural and architectural.
• Monitor the electrical works for conformance with the provisions of the Contract Documents, Work Method Statement and industry recognized best management practices.
• Raising NCR & SSR in case of any non-conformance to quality & specifications.
• Preparation of monthly executive report, weekly report & daily walk around report.
• Conducting the Site inspection for the electrical installation, testing & material delivered at site.
• Attend meeting with the contractor to solve issues at site.
• Reviewing the method statements, Shop drawings.
• Instructed the electrical inspectors in attending work Inspections and provide them comments.
• Assisting the Line Manager regarding the electrical site issues.
• Assist team in the review of contractors' claims related to electrical works including recommendations, quantification of claim value and/or changes in schedules.
• Attend technical as well as progress meetings with design team, contractors and relevant sub-contractors
• Ensure as-built drawings are furnished according to latest information from site.
• Witness testing and commissioning of the works.
• To review the relevant documents prior to start of construction e.g. IFC, shop drawings and project specification etc.
• Coordinate with project team in reviewing, monitoring and managing all work related to the implementation of the Electrical system of the Project.
• Serve as the Project Site Representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of electrical works.
• Assist with the final inspection of the work. Review the adequacy and accuracy of punch lists. Monitor final completion of all electrical Works identified.
• Ensuring that all activities related to the electrical packages are performed in accordance with the contract and the agreed Quality System requirements.
• Advise HSE manager to ensure all necessary safety measures are addressed in method statements as it relates to electrical work items.
• Liaise with and ensure a continuous flow of communication across projects and departments on all issues of substance.
• Review all final completion reports for the electrical packages against actual work and contract requirements.
• Responsible for supervision of all on-going electrical and low current installation.
• Conducting Site Inspection along with Project Consultant.
• Co-ordination with consultant for installation of electrical systems.
• Site supervision and managing the man power.
• Prepare material submittal for all low voltage & low current devices including Lighting fixtures, wiring devices, cables, wires, Fire alarm, Structure Cabling, BMS, Security, public address system, access control.
• Preparation of material request for all the electrical devices & systems.
• Voltage Drop calculation for feeders and branches.
• Installation of Fire alarm, access control, data system, telephone system, nurse call system, IPTV system, public address system, lighting & power devices.
