- Redesigned various air distribution and control products e.g.:
- Pressure Independent VAV boxes - improved performance, extended range.
- Bypass VAV boxes - improved performance, extended range.
- Rectangular VCD (6 models) - improved performance, easier installation.
- Circular VCD (2 models) - improved performance, better air tightness.
- Sound Attenuators - increased insertion loss, reduced pressure drop.
- Sand trap louvers (2 models), better sand removal performance.
Testing & Certification of Products:
- Good knowledge of UL555, UL555S, NFPA 90A, EN 1366-2, AHRI880, AHRI885, ASHRAE 62.1, ASHRAE 90.1, ASHRAE 130, AMCA 500D, AMCA 500L, AMCA 511, EN 13181 etc.
- Communication with laboratories world-wide for testing & certification of various products.
- Successfully lead following projects of testing & certification:
• UL Classification of CFD, MFD, MFSD, MSD.
• AMCA Certification of louvers (weather, sand trap, acoustic).
• AHRI Certification of PI VAV boxes.
• Testing of Bypass VAV boxes, VCDs, various grilles and diffusers.

- Installation, application training and after sales service to all clients in GCC, Jordan & Kenya for:
a) CAD System (Computer Aided Design Software along with Digitizer and Plotter).
b) CAS System (Fully Automatic fabric spreaders) / CAM System (Fully Automatic Fabric Cutters).
c) Material Handling System (Electro-mechanical system for automatically moving work from one work station to other station).
- Conducting in-house Training Sessions for the CAD System for customers.
- Making all the arrangements for participating in various exhibitions in the region, from booking the space from organizers; offering, negotiating & allocating the stand space to different suppliers; meetings with Stand Designers to build up the corporate stand of the company; arrangements of the logistics of machines to-and-fro the exhibition, hotel arrangements etc.
- Attending reputed exhibitions of the related industry in the region and world wide.
- Also provided IT related support to company in absence of IT persons for some time.

Responsibilities:
- Visiting all the existing dealers within various cities of Sindh & Baluchistan to find out their problems and to motivate them.
- Increasing the number of dealers within the region in order to strengthen the after sales support for the customers of Suzuki Motorcycles.
- Co-ordinating with the QC department of the assembly plant regarding the reported manufacturing flaws based on customer/dealer feedback regarding Suzuki Motorcycles in an effort to improve the manufacturing standards.
- Co-ordinating with the Lahore & Multan Branch offices regarding the problems related to the customers/dealers in their region and to check the warranty claims from all over the country and approve or reject as required.
- Co-ordinating with the Head-quarters in Japan regarding the CKD items replaced under warranty.
- Representing the Head Office in all seminars / events related to Service issues or problems of customers/dealers.
