Recruitment and Placement:
Handling the entire lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, short listing, coordination, scheduling and negotiation.
On boarding activities for the new recruits such as offer letter, employees file, travel arrangement & documents for
visa processing. Maintaining record for visa processing with PRO. Establishment of Job Descriptions with coordination
to the Department Heads. Expertise on accessing efficient portals like LinkedIn, Dubizzle, Monster, Bayt and liaising
with manpower consultancies in GCC and other regions.
Training & Development
Enabling employee and organization to build and continuously enhance the competencies through knowledge
management, potential development of employee and nurturing of the talent. Conduct training sessions on different
subject.
Employee Relation
Coordinating with senior and line managers, providing them with expert guidance coaching and support on the full
range of HR activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management,
restructuring of services, performance management, redundancy planning etc), in order to ensure a consistent and
fair approach to people management throughout the board. Contribution for making grading system & pay scale, and
compensation policy.
Performance Management
Assessed performance evaluations before forwarding to the head of HR. Conducted performance management
reviews for staff on probation. Active contributor in creating job profiles for all staff named as Strategic Role Guide).
Assisted in developing an appraisal system.
Payroll Administration
Payroll verification & updating in the ERP system. Processing Loans, advances of employees. Processing of
promotions, increment and end of service benefits.
HR Policies
Well versed in dealing and advising on disciplinary and grievance procedure. Responsible for modifying the same in
line with management and labour department decision from time to time. Collated and designed the standard
employee handbook.
Employee Relations
Handle medical insurance related matters: new, renewals, replacements and reimbursements. Responsible for
employee confirmations and appraisals with monthly review. Dealing and advising on disciplinary and grievance
procedures. First point of contact for both the employees and the vendors i n the department. Overseeing leave
tracker to ensure records up-to-date & policies adhered to.
General/ Personal Administration
Conducts seminar-workshops and other awareness/motivational activities. Prepares updated job descriptions of all
staff. Updates administrative manpower of contractual and emergency employees on a monthly basis. Extracts and
retrieves manpower and statistical data and types in acceptable form. Assists in the setting up and maintenance of
human resource databases. Attends to request for employment certification, emergency medicines and other queries.
Responsible for facility management, and other administrative task. Responsible for implementing and maintaining a
document control system (HRIS). Successfully organised company annual general meeting and monthly seminars in
UAE, Iraq & Italy.
