During my career I performed different project roles, working with the team and leading the team. As part of continuous improvement, I advanced my career in Project Management and involved in external as well as internal projects, in which I prepared Project Management Plan till execution and closing of projects. Moreover, managing resources & stakeholders, risk & issues, deliverable's and project closures. Earlier I had role of leading team of developers, in which my job duty is to provide bespoke and content management solutions.
Worked as technical lead, in which designing solutions regardless of technology. It could be SharePoint, Asp.net webforms or MVC. Assisting a team of developers, organizing their tasks, engaging in requirements gathering and system design. Furthermore, deliver a project on Project Server(PPM). In addition to that worked over miscellaneous workflow(K2 blackpearl, SharePoint) solution which are integrated with multiple LOB applications.
In Pakistan, I lead technical team to provide end user solution. Creating a 3 Tier framework for developers and architecture designing for business applications and developing custom thick and thin client solutions for Banks, Multinationals and Governmental Sector.
