Shouldering the responsibility of managing:
o 4 branches of our company in Jeddah, Makkah & Madinah.
o LAN/WAN network infrastructure management.
o 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to 80+ users.

Provide smooth end user support to 150 employees.
Entrusted with the task of:
o Configuration, administration & monitoring of network devices like Cisco access points, Cisco switches and cyber roam firewall UTM, Windows server 2012 R2 servers for domain controller, active directory, DNS, DHCP, Symantec endpoint protection manager, file server (Share Folders) & ERP server.
o Identified & troubleshoot hardware, software & end-user problems on Windows & Mac OS.
Managed a gamut of functions including:
o Google app business e-mail administration.
o IP hybrid PBX Panasonic server & phones.
o PSCC helpdesk portal & IT asset management.
Assistance to users’ desktops with Windows 7 and XP operating systems.
Quality IT service and support (Hardware - Software).
Documentation of official tenders.
Prepare invoices, quotations for customers and dealt with different organizations for sale, purchase & delivery of items through e-mail & phone.
