Manage functions of operating raw & spare materials (Local & Imported) having more than 8, 000 inventory items.
Initiate goals and objectives for the department and deploy performance standards to ensure daily operations are aligned.
Responsible for ensuring accurate inventory and to provide efficient distribution of items from central supply to all departments.
Identify product information relevant to inventory in Oracle EBS R-12 system including: reorder points, stock status changes and stock tags.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve and improve operational issues and systems.
Optimizes financial performance by conducting excess/obsolescence inventory analysis and resolution.
Coordinate with supply planner for cotton yarn needs to arrange for production
Coordinate with sister concern spinning unit production staff to line up the production of yarn that meets Cresox supply planner needs
Manage with external yarn dyers with respect to dispatch of raw yarn and delivery arrivals as per supply planner needs
Report and assist to procurement manager on daily issues related to deliveries management and quality management
Supervise internal cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory and liaison with statutory auditors for annual stock taking.
Report to COO about planning, spinning production and other information as needed.

Played an integral role in the development and integration for inventory management software implementation from customized product to Standard Oracle EBS R-12 Inventory Application
Plan, direct, and maintain efficient warehouse operation and assigns, inspects, and evaluates the work performance of personnel.
Ensure compliance with mandated regulations.
Consult with administrators, managers, and supervisors to determine the efficiency of service and improve service levels.
Developed, direct, and recommend the implementation of policies, procedures and regulations

Designed layout of central warehouse at new facility and mapping and allocation for keeping stock at designated place.
Aligned and integrate warehouse at Sharq III expanstion project with the central warehouse
Monitor and supervise the calculation and implementation of minimum, maximum, re-order level and Economic Order Quantity
Coordinated with QMS Department for implementation of standard operating procedures
Solve the queries of logistics personnel related to software and hardware with coordination of I.T Department
Provide training and help to other inventory software users
Coordinate with I.T department for modifications and problems solution for inventory & logistics software modules
Report to C.E.O & General Management about the inventory movement.
Conduct Physical Stock along with Audit team on Quarterly, Semiannually and Annual basis
Synchronize & implement the stock keeping coding structure.
