•Responsible for opening, closing job cards, making estimations and checking all the details of work required in which the customer authorized to carry out the work requested.
•Responsible for updating different types of records in the computer system, generating monthly or annual reports or spreadsheets using the information entered in the system.
•Assists immediate supervisors by carrying out basic clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, sending out emails and making copies and sorting the mails
•Keep the work area tidy and clean
