I'm a Safety Officer responsible for the safety and welfare of the passengers, the Flight Crew as well as the aircraft.
I'm also an Inflight Liaison between the Flight Crew and the passengers as well as a perform Public Relations duties for the Airline.
I work hand in hand with Ground Support Staff like Caterers, Cleaners and Ramp Agents.
As a Senior Cabin Crew Member it is my responsibility to manage the Cabin Crew Member on board and mentor them.
I learned six Courses for the Diploma, and wrote examinations for each Course. This happened over a duration of two years. After the completion of all six, I then received my Diploma issued by the Institute of Administration and Commerce of South Africa.
I studied six subjects, and specialized in Languages English, between 70 and 79 % Afrikaans, between 60 and 69 % Xhosa, between 60 and 69 % Xhosa Oral, between 60 and 69 % Physical Science, between 30 and 39% Biology, between 40 and 49%
