• Verify all construction activities are completed as per approved method statement and typical drawing.
• Evaluating performance of landscape maintenance contractors (Eleganicia Facility Management, AG Middle East,
Urban Landscape and Integrated Garden).
• Reviewing technical documentations from landscape maintenance contractors.
• Raising and coordinating works and materials inspection.
• Making technical decisions on procedures for mitigating pest and disease proliferation
in landscape.
• Set key performance indicators (KPI), and develop
new ideas to facilitate the maintenance activities.
• Preparation of project progress reports which accurately reflects relative amount of activities accomplished on daily,
weekly, and monthly basis.
• Preparation of comparation sheet for plants to be purchased from different suppliers.
• Preparing of general purchase request and raising of work order for the landscaping materials or plants to be purchased.
• Supervising and guiding the farm workers on daily activities.

• Monitoring and guiding the gardeners on day to day site activities.

• Monitoring performance of landscaping and irrigation asset.

• With an in-depth knowledge of agronomy and technical know-how of horticulture and Irrigation, I supervise execution of
soft and hard landscape materials and installation of irrigation systems.
• I supervise installation of utility structures such as green house, shade house, pergolas and other hardscape assets in
gardens and large landscape areas.
• Through coordination of work and efficient site supervision, I monitor project progress and prepare well
detailed progress report which covers human and material resource distribution, accurate description of daily site
activities and forecasts of activities to meet project completion.
• Participate in contract close-out activities.

• Oversee all operations of the landscape constructions and maintenance projects.
• Ensuring work processes are simplified, costs are reduced, and production processes run efficiently.
