o Phone banker in BankDhofar plus acting and support BackOffice Team.
o Support and help the staff in Department.
o Handle plus register the claims, fraud cases and follow up it with concern department.
o Refresh and training to the staff about bank products and new target
o Check request forms.
o Discover something new sharing it with screen shoot how can find
o it to staff in department by e-mail.
o Communicate with different departments to solve customer issue as
o soon to win customer satisfaction and convenience.
o Handle risk management / Fraud monitoring.
o Check BankDhofar website and sharing the details to update it.
o Update the Training file plus training new joining staff.
