As a pharmacy supervisor one of my main tasks is to ensure routine follow up of cold chain management as per MSF protocol standard and guidelines starting from monthly vaccine reception from the PHC related to ministry of health that distributed to them according to localities, ensure good storage, daily control of the temperature using different monitoring tools, daily vaccine supply for the mobile clinics and ensuring the good storage condition at the mobile clinic level by selecting the appropriate equipment and tools to be in place beside doing monthly Log Tags analysis and report to MTL/Logistics in case of unusual observations , capacity building by giving the required training and supports to the vaccinators who works in our PHCS, collecting the monthly vaccine consumption, make sure that we do a proper monthly inventory for the vaccine before placing our order to MOH related center and control the warehouse facility to ensure materials are kept in a good conditions

Also I follow up the stock levels and prepare the monthly stock analysis report using Isystock in order to ( alarms thresholds, stock out, expiry dates and drugs that are due for expiry in the next 6 months) through regular physical inventories at Central Pharmacy and End-user Units before issuing biweekly orders and also proposing donation to avoid expiration of medications.

I do field visits the mobile clinics sites to follow up the progress of work in the dispensing pharmacies and support the team by analysing the situations where medications are kept and dispensed and later share with the Medical Team Leader (MTL) for any concern raised that require intervention .
I participate in the project medical standard list (MSL ) preparation with Mission pharmacist and place the order required order whether inside the country or international using Med order, I also share pharmacy stock information that might help the team to improve their activities in a pharmacy board
