ONBOARDING

 Planned and executed changes to joining plan of new-hires and existing employees.
 Expertly controlled new appointments and promotion in the firm, as well as estimated workload and resource requirements by delivering fact-based recommendations to HR manager.
 Facilitated Onboarding induction plan for new hires and internal promotions/upgrades based on new roles.

RECRUITMENT

 Competently identified chronic issues for solution and met with hiring-managers, recruitment and various sections of HR to establish upcoming workload and generate resources accordingly.
 Examined current processes or policies to iron out irregularities and headed workshops to identify processes and areas of improvements; settled department level KPIs to allow auditing and escalate quality of delivery.

 Assessed special requests from new-hires and functioned with BSG and IT departments for the improvement of HR systems to ensure smooth system functioning, which meet agreed SLAs in an effective manner.
 Communicated HR policies and HRES processes to all relevant parties and updated HRES documents; executed the process of capturing core data of new-hires in HR-Payroll system in a timely and precise manner.
