•Part of team managing buildings projects such as Tabreed Cooling Plant (G+M+4 building of 20K tons capacity) in Dubai and Hi Rise Building in Downtown Jebel Ali-Limitless with mixed use buildings of four units.
•Engaged in landscaping projects including Downtown Jebel Ali Limitless project, a world-class project aimed at developing a robust urban space with cafes, lake fountain, two world ponds, an urban plaza, bosque, and rooftop gardens.
Consulting co-designers of mixed use and structured buildings such as (but not limited to) warehouses, car showrooms, and factory buildings.
Assessed and approved contractor’s shop drawings, technical submissions, and RFIs.
