1. Over 9 years of experience as a project engineer for fit out works progress report writing, field visits.
2. responsible for necessary coordination between various design department i.e Architect, MEP.
3. Make sure that the site activities are following up the mall's standard and the design guideline.
4. Supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractor.
5. Support the successful delivery of high quality projects on time and to budget, Conduct required checks and reviews of Contractor submittals, understand the contract scope of project deliverables, supervise, coordinate and support site inspector team.
6. Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded in to all work practices in line with company polices.
7. Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met with the design.
8. Coordinate with local Authorities, stay updated with relevant technical development within the discipline.
9.Provide feedback to line manager on the team performance and development requirements.
10. provide regular work status updates, including risk of concern to the line manager.
11. Attend and contribute in item and project meetings, including internal and external project reports and minutes.
12. Able to check Contractor's submittals independently including temporary work design submittals.
13. Good communication skills including reporting skills, generating Contractual correspondence and preparing minutes of meetings.
14. Reviewing As Built Drawings.
15. Ensure communications and regarding any changes in plan or drawings have reached the engineers / Contractors and / or Subcontractor's Representatives.
